Talking about customer service! I am a VIP member, and was curious about a purchase I had made. I wasn’t expecting much, if anything, as the the policies are pretty clear. A man named Josh called me in response to my inquiry. After a short discussion, he reassured me how they value their clients, and even though the policies stated one thing, my happiness in their product and service was more important. He happily offered a VERY pleasing resolution to my inquiry. This company did not have to, but did so because they value their clients. Additionally, they provided a donation for me to give to a local Manchester fan, which made his day also. Video of unboxing to come!

What an incredible experience from start to finish!
Meeting Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos was truly a dream come true. The event was well organized, the staff was professional and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly. Both legends were friendly, took their time with fans, and made the experience unforgettable.
This is easily one of the best sports memorabilia events I have ever attended. I left with memories that will last a lifetime, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

Went to the Roberto Carlos event and it was an amazing and well-run meet and greet. I am still feeling very fortunate to have been able to go to this and in was in town so it was such a great opportunity to experience meeting a big player like him.
